Five Thousand Miles, SA hereinafter referred to as "5TM", "we", with registered office at Tagus Park, Edifício Qualidade, Av. Prof. Dr. Cavaco Silva, Bloco C1 3A, 2740-296 Oeiras, Portugal, is the controller of the personal data processed through this website. Our Data Protection Officer (DPO) can be reached at info@fivethousandmiles.com.
2. Data we collect
- Contact form: name, email address, company and message, together with technical data attached to the request (IP address, browser identification, date and time, the page and language you were on, how you reached the site, any campaign parameters in the link, time spent on the site and device type). You provide this data directly.
- Browsing statistics: collected only if you accept cookies in the consent banner (see section 5). If you decline, no analytics or marketing identifiers are stored on your device.
3. Purposes
- Responding to your request and related commercial contact.
- Protecting the form against abuse (spam filtering, rate limiting).
- Audience statistics and marketing measurement: your consent, which you can withdraw at any time.
4. Retention
Messages received through the contact form are kept for five (5) years from the last contact, for the purposes of managing our relationship with you, the business relationship that may follow from it, and compliance with applicable legal obligations. 5TM applies technical and organisational measures appropriate to the risk, including encrypted connections (TLS), hardened server configuration, data minimisation and restricted access to personal data.

This policy may be updated to reflect legal or functional changes to the website. The current version and its date are always published on this page.
